TREASURE MAPS

Treasure maps are rare discoveries that can lead you to buried caches across the world. A successful dig can reward you with an item, some coin, and experience.

How to find maps:

Treasure maps have a small chance to appear as loot while adventuring. They are no-rent, so use them before you log out or they may be lost.

Usage: look map read map dig dig map dig treasure

What to do:

1. Find a weathered treasure map. 2. Look at or read the map. 3. Travel to the zone named on the map. 4. Stand at the listed coordinates. 5. Type dig.

Rewards:

A buried cache may contain a random treasure item and some coin. The discovery also grants experience worth about 20 percent of the experience needed for your current level.

Notes:

• The map must be in your inventory when you dig.
• You must be standing at the exact zone and coordinates shown on the map.
• Each map can only uncover one cache.
• If you dig in the wrong place, you will find nothing.
