Destroy

Command reference: This page documents the in-game destroy command.

Destroy

The destroy command permanently removes unwanted items you are carrying. Every destruction requires confirmation. Confirmation answers are not case sensitive, so yes, YES, and Yes all work.

Syntax:

 destroy <item name>
 destroy <number> <item name>
 destroy <item name> <match number>
 destroy all <item name>
 destroy all

To destroy items inside a carried container, add from <container> or in <container>.

Examples:

 destroy rusty sword
 destroy 3 rusty sword
 destroy sword 2
 destroy all sword
 destroy all bone chips from backpack
 destroy all from backpack

Safety:

• Equipped weapons, armor, and jewelry are never selected or destroyed.
• Containers holding other items are never destroyed.
• Items are checked again after confirmation in case their status changed.
• destroy all affects every eligible item directly in your inventory, so

   read the confirmation carefully.

• Destruction is permanent and does not give you coins or other compensation.

When several items match, the command lists every selected item before asking for confirmation.
