Command reference: This page documents the in-game ranged command.

RANGED

The ranged command controls how auto-attack chooses melee or ranged attacks.

Syntax:

  ranged
  ranged melee
  ranged range
  ranged auto

Modes:

  melee - melee only; do not automatically use ranged attacks.
  range - range only; use ranged attacks and do not melee.
  auto  - auto-range; use ranged attacks while the target is away, then melee
          when the target is close.

Typing ranged with no option cycles through the modes.

Auto-range is the default.
