Command reference: This page documents the in-game move command.

Move

Use move to transfer items between your inventory and containers.

Syntax:

 move <item> to <container>
 move <qty> <item> to <container>
 move <item> from <container>
 move <qty> <item> from <container>

Examples:

 move sword to backpack
 move 1 ore to forge
 move ring from loom
 move breastplate to bank box
 move breastplate from bank box

Where it works:

• Inventory bags and worn containers
• Ground/world containers in the room
• Tradeskill containers/objects (forge, oven, loom, etc.)
• Bank storage via bank box

Behavior notes:

• For stackable items, quantity is optional.
• Matching stackable items merge inside normal containers like they do in inventory.
• Stackable items do not merge inside tradeskill containers.
• If no quantity is given and destination is a tradeskill container, default moved quantity is 1.
• Otherwise, no quantity means move the full stack.
